Federation Academy

Where all Federation Officers recieve their years of schooling before heading off to the front. Due to the rising number of casualties, many programs have cut back on time. Though this is faster, it also leaves some young Officers at a loss during crisis situations.

Crewmen and Petty Officers only require six months of training.
Ensigns require Two-Three years(Depending on position)
Medical students require four to five years of training.
